Terms of service
These terms cover the hosted Agent Chrome service at agentchrome.dev, operated by Circo, Inc. The software itself is open source under the MIT license, and you can run it yourself under that license instead.
Using the service
- You may use Agent Chrome to let AI agents and apps you choose act in Chrome profiles you control.
- You are responsible for what agents do with your browsers. Watch them, use the Stop button when needed, and don't authorize actions you wouldn't take yourself.
- Follow the terms of the websites your agents use, and the laws that apply to you.
Not allowed
- Using the service to break the law, to harm others, or to get around a website's security, rate limits or access controls.
- Letting an agent move money, trade or make purchases without you confirming each one.
- Collecting other people's personal data without permission, or sending spam.
- Attacking, overloading or reverse-engineering the hosted service, or sharing your account key with people you don't trust.
Your account
Keep your account key secret; anyone who has it can use your connected browsers. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or others at risk. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account.
The service is provided "as is"
We work to keep Agent Chrome available and correct, but it is provided without warranties of any kind. AI agents make mistakes. To the extent the law allows, Circo, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for actions taken by agents you connected. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, which is zero for the free service.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we say so on the GitHub repository before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
